Saipem ENI, an Italian Oil and Gas support company, had a requirement to produce a film to accompany a 2-day leadership training course. Saipem had identified a need within the organisation to train their senior staff about the importance of buying into the safety culture they were trying to introduce. Although there were processes and procedures in place, they were still having accidents, and it was felt that the culture of the organisation needed to change.

The film was produced in 2007, since its production it has been watched over 100,000 times, dubbed into 6 languages and subtitled into a further 14. The film forms the cornerstone of the LHS Foundation’s (LINK) Leadership in Health and Safety programme, which is used by organisations around the world.

As well as winning 2 IVCA awards, it has won over 14 awards worldwide.
