When things don’t go according to plan, it’s not just how you react… It’s how you recover.

In 2018 we produced a series of modular films for Cunard Cruises to promote Cunard’s brand values for customer service. The films are set on the luxury island of Imperia and allegorically depicts the islanders as they look after visiting tourists, looking to give them the best experience possible.

Scripting was particularly key for this project. Working with an accomplished scriptwriter, we developed detailed, rich scripts iteratively with the client, weaving in practical training advice while reinforcing Cunard’s ‘White Star Service’ values.

Both films were shot on location in Malta with a combination of London and local crew. The films have been very successful and viewed by international target audience groups across the organisation, from management through to cruise hospitality staff. The branding team at Cunard have since developed print and other training materials centred around the charming cast of characters we created.
