A British consular official has to deal with many emergencies from a lost wallet to the death of a loved one abroad to British citizens in jail in a foreign land. All have to be handled with sensitivity and care. This series of films dramatizes stories from around the world to provide practical examples for use in Foreign Office training.

The films won Gold for best training and Silver for best drama at the 2009 IVCA awards.
