May 18th marks the launch of the Chicken Challenge and start of Food Safety Week and we’ve just finished a short film for the Food Standards Agency aimed at getting people to store, prepare and cook raw chicken safely, to avoid getting foodborne campylobacter food poisoning.
The campaign is asking people to join the Chicken Challenge by stepping up to the plate and do the things that will keep their loved ones safe. This fun film with a serious health message identifies the everyday hero in us all as we see the Parker family safely prepare a Sunday Roast.
