Following on from the success of last year’s Human Element film for KVH Media, we were commissioned to produce three more films in the series. The films are designed to be used as part of the HELM (Human Element, Leadership & Management) maritime course, a mandatory MCA course for senior leaders in the maritime industry.

The Maritime Communication Series looks at how different factors affect the way people across the maritime industry can communicate more effectively. The series is aimed not just at crew but also at shore-based staff, encouraging everyone in the organisation to think about how they communicate, and the effect good and bad communication can have on the safety and efficiency of shipping operations.
