The SO15 Operation Fairway Team wanted to commission a new training DVD to highlight its three counter terrorist operations: Lightning, Trammel & Camion.

The aim of the DVD was to brief the wider policing community of the existence of these operations and of the actions that should be taken by frontline law enforcement officers/military personnel when dealing with any such incidents.

These three operations were concerned with the use of false documents, hostile reconnaissance the theft of liveried vehicles.
