Produced for Saipem ENI, What Comes First introduces the Saipem Leading Behaviours programme to workers across the business. The film follows on from The Safer the Better with the same characters and location and is part of a suite of tools the LiHS Foundation uses to effect behaviour change.

Filming took place over a week in Sardinia and included a complicated stunt where an actor was crushed by a steel pipe.
