A short security film created for the Bank of England to explain the security features on the new polymer £10 note.

In addition to the security film, we also produced 5 short clips for use on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, along with a series of still images and print assets for press, brochures, banners and social media distribution. The social media clips were designed to celebrate the literary heritage of Jane Austen.

The film was created entirely in-house. Ultra HD assets were built from high-resolution photography of actual bank notes; which were then animated within a 3D environment rendered with real-world lighting and lens effects, to ensure viewers would receive the most realistic representation of the note's security features.

The note was unveiled in July 2017 at an event at Winchester cathedral, which is also featured and is where Austen is buried. The public got their first glimpse of the new note through our film, which was shown on a series of large screens throughout the historic building. Our film and images have also been extensively used by the media, and have been featured on TV and in newspapers around the world.
