We developed a solution which involved following and filming four offshore employees on a drilling rig off of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The films featured key interviews, as well as observational style imagery of our protagonists going about their days, with a focus on their motivations, and the many ways Trident develops and upskills its people. Filming took place with a small, agile crew of just director, camera-operator and sound recordist.
